I don't know if they have indicators in this model - BUT water or better "non-technical fluids" will always leave signs inside a computer, you can't clean everything, some parts or testpoints will look burnt - and that is not cleanable

Of course these model have liquid indicators. Apple has been putting LSIs inside their computers for a long time.
