Check the cable connections. The fans might not have been installed properly and so the thermal sensor may be shutting the computer off.

Can you give us some more info. What is switching off the fans or the system? If the system is it going to sleep mode or rebooting?

it is turning off …. i have to restart it again and when i restart it starts with a Gray progress bar appears under Apple logo during startup
