pressure contact and extra part after battery repair

I lost the pressure contact during a battery replacement.

Also a small square with a hole in it dropped out.

1-How can I replace the pressure contact?

2-What is this mystery part?

1: Buy another one

2: This this the foam cushion for the LED flash. No big deal.

But if you decide to replace the cushion anyway, buy another one, peel the remaining foam cushion off the flash then apply new one.

Usually the cushion is destroyed every time you slide the back cover off.

Where do I buy another one? I checked this sight but they don't seem to carry them. Unless it is sold under another name.

That's not so important foam from your camera. Doesnt matter, just trow it away.
