Why my phone reboot continuously?

I've try to format it, taking it to factory mode but nothing, it reboot continuously.

I've tried to replace battery, removing sd card....nothing!

What can I do?

They could be signs flash component is not good ... like galaxy 3 problem

Check with this software and see if the component is problematic

If so, it's only a matter of time until the phone stops working and then have to replace the component.

This is called "sudden death"

If the check is ok try to wipe all and see if its ok
