Vertical white and yellow lines after fall/drop

Phone has horizontal lines on screen after I fell and dropped it. they are primarily on the left side. I can use some functions of phone, but not some keys etc. on the left. texting/typing wont fully function.

You will need a new screen fitted to the device to fix this issue, the issue has been caused by blunt force as the phone fell and hit whatever it landed on and has damged the lcd.

if you are doing the repair yourself do not buy the cheapest screen on the market try and by original or oem screen.

Alyn is correct on replacing the the display. Locate a reliable vendor with quality screens. You won't find any OEM screens as Apple does not sell them through any vendor. Also, don't buy a "used" screen, even if it is an original off another iphone. You have no idea how many hours are on the screen. Buy a new assembly in as good quality as possible.
