Turn the key and it turn over but not start?

I have a 1997 jxi crysler sebring. It was running great and then just wouldn't start. I have been told to check the crank shaft sensor. I dont where it is .

what have you tried thus far? what are your abilities?

Tried to jump it , I had the engine mounts , drive train , I tried to go out and start it today , with no luck . Now its not even turning over. I think my battery is dead. I have a battecharger hooked to it now. I am hoping to let it charge for a bit and start trying again.
