I don't know why but my volume on my iPhone 4s has stopped working. And there is no reason for it to stop. I have tried turning it off but I don't know what se to so. Please help me.

You are going to need to replace the volume/headphone flex assembly inside of the phone. If you have not worked inside of an iPhone before I would recommend taking it to a local repair shop to get diagnosed to make sure to find the exact problem. You might be lucky and it could be a loose connection.
