My MacBook screen won't come on, but my computer is on?

It all start it when I noticed that my MacBook screen was lose. I open the back of my MacBook, and I notice that there are screws missing and striped. I put it back together and there is when the problem starts. By doing my research I found out that it could be either, replace the LCD panel, or replace the Inverter cable. I did both, replace the LCD and the cable and nothing changed. My screen light is out but when I put a flash light to the screen i can see some part of my screen, and by me being a DJ I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
