iPhone 4 Battery and Apple Logo Loop PLZ HELP

SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!!!!

My IPhone 4 is not turning on after it died, I just replaced the battery 4 days ago and it was fine, worked great.

Then last night when watching YouTube I fell asleep and woke up to this....

Now I saw this at 5:45 AM then went back to bed and woke up again at 9:21 AM and still looked like this

Now at times it Reboots to the Apple Logo and Loops over and over again

I tried everything PLEASE HELP ME

NOTE:

IT IS ON IOS 7.1.2

I'm having a similar problem. I shut my phone off to go into a movie, and then when I tried to turn it back on, it was stuck on the apple logo. later that day it cut back on. it was on two percent and it died. every time I would put it on the charger it would say "accessory not accepted." then it died completely. When I put it on a different changer the red battery logo and charger sign would pop up, even though the charger was inside it. This happened a few days ago and it still wont charge. could it be that my battery is dead? or the inside of my phone?

I'm having a similar problem.
