Why the phone types anything continusely without touching?

A phablet style smartphone with stylus, released by Micromax Mobile in 2013.

I have a security password to my phone.

but PHONE TYPES AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT TOUCHING it anything as soon as I SWITCH ON the PHONE & it does not stop.

So I Cant start it.

How can I solve this problem?

There is a problem on the touch screen of the device is a hardware problem, replace the screen.
