Right fan not working properly

When I open the bottom the fan seems to work but it does not blow like the left fan. Right now the left fan is doing all the work and it heats up like crazy. How can fix this?

First lets get a good tool here to monitor the sensors and the fans. I like this one but others will also work: Temperature Gauge Pro. What does the sensors tell you? Snap a screenshot and paste it here for us to see.

The other thing here I would do is get a small soft paint brush and a can of can'ed air. Being careful not to snag anything scrub the surfaces of the fan blades and fan cowling then carefully scrub the fin area of the heat sink. With short blasts of can'ed air blow away the dust buildup. You don't want to spin up the fans with the air and you don't want to use a vacuum as both will damage your system.

Also did the system get wet with something? Do you see any dis-colored areas?

I would also remove the fans and clean the fans vents. There are only three screws in each fan.

I used the Temperature Gause Pro, on manual mode I cannot get the left fan to go up to the max speed. I will try remove the fans and cleaning the fan vents tomorrow. Thank you for the comments guys!
