Screen unresponsive to touch and "shakes" at bottom
Hi about a month ago I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. I got it fixed from some stand at a mall. After that, the bottom right and top right of the screen were almost unresponsive, but other than that it worked pretty well. About a week ago I had my phone in my pocket while playing golf and it probably got pretty wet. Around that time is when the problem started happening. The bottom of the screen gets pushed up so it looks like the screen is shrunk.

The bottom line shakes a little. The phone works fine when I use siri and the home button, but when it does whats in the picture the screen is unresponsive to my touch. Its also very inconsistent. Sometimes mine phone will work normally, sometimes it will only happen in certain apps (at the lock screen, while multi-tasking, while viewing photos), and sometimes I cant use my phone at all unless I use siri.
I have tried backing up and restoring my phone. Is this a problem I could fix myself? Should I take it to Apple to get it fixed or replaced? Can they fix it if the place I went to to get it fixed originally wasn't authorized by apple?
Is this a good question?
