How can I repair the speaker?
While disassembling my iPod touch 4, I accidentally pulled the speaker free when lifting the emi piece.
What is the best method to repair it?

You will need to remove the motherboard and solder the two speaker wires back onto the board.
Here is the teardown: iPod Touch 4th Generation Teardown
With the side of the logic board with the chips from step 21 facing you, the red wire goes to the corner contact and blue wire connects to the adjacent contact.
