Hair line crack x 2 iPhone screen (Hard to even see)

Wife's phone functioning fine after 2 drops in 3 days. However there are 2 different hairline cracks in screen.

1 lower left corner from an edge to an edge total length about 1.5 cm. Another in top right (same).

Can this be repaired with a void filler of some sort and perhaps buffed? I am certain the device is better served by avoiding disassembly.

my first thought was: "the device is better served by selling it and getting replaced by a SONIM S1"

BUT that would be mean!

so depending on the crack you can probably "fix" it with some screen protector film or something like that.
