Half the LCD is darker than other side

Hi, had a smashed screen so i replaced the digitizer, after re-assembling i noticed the right hand side is a lot darker in contrast to the left, initial thought was that i hadn't attached the cable in flush so checked and made no difference, also bought a replacement LCD and tried that, no difference.

That got me researching the problem, seems like I blew a fuse or coil by maybe not switching the ipad off one of the times? im not the best at soldering and don't really fancy my chances of replacing and tiny components so im just curious to see if there's any easier solutions like bridging 2 fuses together or something?

If so, would be really grateful if you could point me in the direction of which fuses I bridge and their location? Thanks
