I dropped my phone, and it stopped working, keeps restoring

Hi

i dropped my iPhone getting out of my car, and the screen cracked at the top, and the apple logo became stuck on it. i managed to restart it, and now it wants to restore. at first it just kept restoring over and over, but now i get 'error 28' when i try to restore it. can anyone help me? what should i do?

"error 28" can come from a faulty nand flash - but some people have resolved the problem - so trying would be an option.
