If you can't afford to repair the disk drive in the laptop, try getting an external drive. You can pick up a usb dvd drive now for around $20 online.

The other thing you can do depending on the copyright laws on where you live is to find a torrent of your game as some places allow you to have a back up copy of the game as long as you are the proven owner.
