Is there a guide/video for increasing the ram on this mac?

I have looked everywhere for a video or guide or anything to use as a guide to increase the ram on the MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2012 but apple doesn't even sell a ram increase so i was wondering if it was possible and if you could point me in the direction of a guide

Sadly, Apple soldered the RAM chips to the main logic board as such it's not upgradable!

Your only option is to exchange out the logic board for the 8GB model if you have a 4GB model, otherwise there is nothing else. At that point it would make better sense to buy a newer model that had the larger amount of RAM and sell yours (cheaper).

With that said, you CAN upgrade the SSD storage drive.

Here's one option: OWC 480GB SSD with external USB storage for old SSD
