Power button on razr mini not turning on?

My motorola droid razr mini is having power button issues. It does not turn the screen on and the only way I can usually turn it on is by plugging it into a charger. Now, however, it died and I cant get it to turn on. Its completely charged. I have tried the soft factory reset (holding the power down with the volume button down, as well as the volume button up) The only thing that happens when I do the factory reset with it plugged in, is it shows the battery charge percentage... any help?
