iPad 2 reboots after drop. Quick help needed.

Hello,

A customer brought in an iPad 2. After a drop the iPad doenst start anymore. It shows the apple logo and then it shows stripes all over the screen and shuts down. It does this repeatedly. See video:

Anyone has a solution for this? I disconnected the battery, but then the iPad doens't start at all.

Take at the dock connector any damage? also try connecting the iPad to iTunes and doing a restore.

This is called a boot loop. Apple says to do this:

Use recovery mode

Recovery mode erases your device and restores it, which should resolve the issue. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to restore from your backup after recovery.

Turn off your device. If you can't turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time and wait a few seconds for it to turn off.

Plug the device's USB cable into your computer only.

Hold down the device's Home button as you connect the USB cable to it.

When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 one more time.

thanks for the reply's. However none of this works, because the iPad doesn't boot i cannot be seen in iTunes. Also recovery / DFU mode does not work. Using another dockconnector doesn't make a difference.
