Help to identify these 2 small golden chips

So I have dropped my phone the glass isn't damaged, but now the display is green or I can't see anything at all, and I have found that one small chip as been detached in it. They're at upper right. http://i.imgur.com/9E8Y0dh.jpg . Do I need to weld it back? If so how

Damien Tremblay, the part the "fell" off is your microphone 3003-001199. It is a LGA mic that requires a hot air rework station to repair. Take a look on here. Different phone, same mic. It should not interfere with your video. Just wondering why it fell off. Give us a bit more of the history on this phone. Hope this helps, good luck.

Alright, so I'm going to confess. I was at a party, I was with a friend and we were walking, it was very dark and I was using the LED to light our way. II was drunk and it seemed like a good idea to throw it like 5 meters in the air and felt on a sand floor, thinking my otter box defender case would take it all. Very bad and costly decision I made :/. Nothing on the external was damaged, but the internal components didn't liked it. The screen wouldn't turn on anymore, and when booting, it would light green.

You could have some more components that are lose on the board, fractured solder pads etc. First do a good visual inspection. Second, replace the parts that have come off. Third re-evaluate.
