Damage to the screen, can it be replaced?

I have the new MacBook Pro 13 retina display and have damaged the screen, top left corner has a crack to the middle of the screen. Is it possible to replace the screen and how much would that cost me.

Thanks

Yes, The complete lid assembly can be replaced.

If you review the IFIXIT teardown you can see even IFIXIT doesn't take them apart any deeper MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013 Teardown.

Follow this guide on how you do it MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2013 Display Assembly Replacement as its the same procedure.

As to the part that maybe tricky as the system is so new. You may want to just bring it into an Apple Store and see how much they will charge for doing it.
