Nintendo 3DS Wont Charge But power's on with carger pluged in.

I bought a Nintendo 3DS on eBay, already fixed software issues.

But it wont charge so i bought a new battery. When I changed the battery I found a T righten on the back near the battery place.

I've put the Nintendo with the new battery back together but it still wont charge.

The console as almost no usage damage at all.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Have you checked the charge port? I would say about 80% of these that I get have bad charge ports. If it's not broken then inspect it carefully to see if it needs re soldered (it probably does). If it looks good then I usually pry up the pins on the charge port where they meet the charger. I have a sharp straight pick for this that can get them.
