Options

Replaced display assembly and part of the screen is dead.

We replaced the display assembly. The phone keypad 4, 5, 6 area of the screen does not work. The same area of the screen does not work to access apps.

Any suggestions?

Either the cables arnt connected proporly or it's a faulty screen..

Seen this many times before and it's always a faulty screen
