HP Color Laserjet 3800 won't power on issue after power surge?

Hi,

Suddenly printer stopped working there on its not even powering on.

I am thinking to replace any fuses or power modules suspecting that a power surge must have occurred.

Can you please help me out how to narrow down where the issue is.

Well you can replace the power supply if you think that's what it is.

That is a link to one on ebay. I would check the power cord first. Is there any indicators on the cord or on the back that no longer light up? I assume you have tested the outlet?
