How do I fix the black stain in my computer out?

I opened my computer this morning and I turned my computer on to see almost like an ink stain on my computer screen. It also looks like the screen is cracked but when I turn the computer off and see the black screen there is no crack. How do I remove it?

Dayna, it does sound like a cracked LCD. Get the service manual from here. Page 81 will show you how to replace it.
