Hi,

at first i would try a non invasive method like, a small drop of superglue on the tip of the broke off earbud connector, then plug it into the headphone jack and let the superglue dry. After that pull out the broke off tip with the earbud connector. If you use to much super glue, you might glue the earbud connector in place and you can not remove it from your headphone jack.
