Why does the bottom right corner of the glass keep popping up?

I was doing a front panel replacement for an iPad mini, and I completed all of the steps. I made sure that all of the original adhesive was completely removed; however, when I finished and tried to put the front panel on, the bottom right corner wouldn't sit. I used a heat gun to heat up the adhesive to help it stick to the front panel. But after a few times of using the new panel, the bottom corner popped up again. Any ideas how to help it sit?

Yes as tom said its the flex cable common mistake is folding it under the glass..

Look at the original you have taken out and prebend in that shape it should fold in the little gap beside the lcd flex and not under the glass and frame
