black display after reparation of the power button

Hi, I had a problem with the powerbutton on my iPhone 4S. I bought a new flex calble for the power button and followed your instructions. Everything was ok but when I wanted to start the iPhone I only got a black display. The button works - I feel the "klick" - and there is power on the battery. You can feel the engine start but I have a black display.

Are there any typical mistakes which can occour by following the guide and are there any solutions?

With kind regards

Martin

Just make sure the connectors are seeded correctly.

As so plug into computer and make sure ITunes reconises it .

If it reconises it and still black screen and connectors ok then it's a damaged display

well my display was absolutely fine before I did the repair. My itunes recognieses the iphone without any problems. The connectors are on the right position. is it possible that they are polluted? And how could I solve it? Tanks in advance!

Try Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to restart itself.

As con said, make sure the LCD Display flex is perfectly connected to logic board.
