Which part do I purchase to replace the display assembly?

My US Cellular Galaxy S4 cell phone was run over by a car. The display is cracked and shows no video, but it does power on as I can hear the startup. I want to try to repair it by replacing the display assembly (glass and digitizer) but the ifixit website only shows parts for a Verizon, ATT, Sprint and T-Mobile carrier. Which one of these would I need for a US Cellular carrier?

as long as the model number matches, like i9505 or i9500, you should be okay, in my experience anyways
