Sorry no, all of the iPads have soldered in RAM & Flash storage, as such they are not internally expandable.

There is a bunch of 3rd party add-on's that can give you more storage (flash) and battery power via the dock connector (old or new) as well as via wireless connection (WiFi) with either flash or hard drive solutions.

It is possible for older iPads to have their flash storage upgraded but not economically efficient.

For iPad Air I haven't seen anyone being able to do it yet.

While it wasn't possible back in 2014, at the time of the original question, today the iPad Air can have it's Flash storage upgraded with the help of a special programmer (NaviPlus Pro 3000) and advanced micro-soldering skills.

Whether or not is economically viable is another question :>).
