iPhone 4S is not working

A friend of mine recently dropped his phone on a marble floor. The phone was encased in a rubberized case. It bounced a few times and now is not working. Anyone have any idea what might be broken or disconnected? It will not boot up, it does vibrate, I cannot get it to soft or hard reset. There is nothing showing up on the screen.

Hi,

The only thing that you can do is to try connection with the computer at DFU mode. If there is not reaction from the computer for connected device, you have a hardware problem. The phone should be opened and examined from a specialist.

Regards.

Do as ZFix says, connect iPhone to iTunes on computer, if iTunes identifies the iPhone correctly, then the screen is disconnected or damaged. Then check to be certain the LCD Display connector is perfectly connected to the logic board, if after connecting the LCD Display perfectly there is still problem you need to replace entire front screen assembly.
