Why is my samsung galaxy tab 3 always shutting down?

While using my galaxy tab 3 or even when standby in the homescreen, my tab will eventually shut down. It won't turn on again until I press the power button. It always happen. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks.

Does it shut down when it's plugged in, or just when it's unplugged? If it works plugged in, then you need a new battery.

I have a problem wirh mine stop responding with games all the time, found that these tables are just a piece of junk, even though I paid to much, I am considering a better tablet of a different brand, and am deffenately going to contact samsung with a complant.

Hi! If there is a bad electronic component, like a device in short circuit, it will try to start and detects the short, and turns off. If there is a defected charging circuit, it will happen the same or to show dead after a total discharge. OR, and "AND" the last ones, plus if the battery is under the operation level, some models of tablets are not able to start. First step is to charge the battery and to see if the tablet is able to start and charge, or if there is a bad component because there is a wrong behavior.
