If you're a closet masochist...YES provided you can find one. It's much simpler (and even that is a major project) to replace the top case. If you've had a liquid spill as long as the box is open you should check and probably clean the logic board.

Thank you for your answer. Yes. Probably I'am the one. There is no problem with liquids and no any problem with MacBook at all. I want to change keyboard because old one has no Russians letters. I already found a new one. I don't anderstend what's next on this photo https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/ig... ? Is the keyboard glued to the Al top? Need I to remove battery to change keyboard?

They are not glued but riveted. You'll have to replace the 100's of rivets with tiny screws.
