not turn on the screen, I have full voltage, the hard drive works, the sound it makes when you turn the cpu is heard.

No lights turn on at all.

Where is the problem?

Options

Connect an external monitor - if you see no image there the problem most likely is your GPU/Video Card. If you see a normal image the problem is in the internal display chain. controller, back light, cable or the display itself.
