Wifi isn't being detected on dropped iPhone 5c?

I dropped my iPhone 5c this morning on the ground. Visibly, nothing is wrong with it, but it is not detecting wifi. It actually won't even give me an option to turn on wifi. Is there anything I can do besides pay an arm and a leg for a new phone? I just got the phone in April.

If there is no signs of damage to the phone then you will get a new one under warrenty.,

Either bring to your network provider or apple and don't say it was dropped just say it stopped working.. Hope this helps
