Bottom of iPhone doesn't work after screen replacement?

So I replaced the LCD screen and when I was done and tested a few things, I found:

-audio speakers don't let out sound

-iPhone doesn't charge when plugged in and iTunes doesn't detect it

-the home button doesn't work

I realized that all the problems were located at the bottom of the iPhone. Is there any way I can fix these problems?

All these problems relate to the dock connecter not being plugged in correctly.

Open up when and reseed dock connecter as it sounds as if it's not plugged in
