All Apps can't startup

Hi guys, I am starting to have this problem just this morning. Last night, everything was fine and now, can't even open 90% of the apps. My iPad 2 iOS 5.1.1 is jail broken . I tried download a free app and system restart, none of them worked. Please help. URGENT!!! Thanks guys!

I would recommend a update to the latest iOS this should cure your problem as iOS 5 Is ancient history
