Adhesive for reapplying foot bumper on Toshiba Satellite U925t?

Hi. I had to have my screen replaced on this convertible tablet after the touch function stopped working. I shipped it off to Toshiba and since I've received it back, the front foot bumper strip that covers the screw holes keeps falling off. It appears that there is an adhesive strip under the bumper that holds it in place. Can anyone tell me the best way to fix this. I've considered just super gluing it, but I don't want to make it such that the screws can't be accessed in the future. I'm afraid to use the adhesive strips recommended for replacing screens because they seem to need to be heated and I'm afraid that I'd ruin the rubber bumper if I have to heat it to loosen adhesive beneath.

the double sided adhesive for screen repairs will work. you should be able to pry off the bumper with no problem. a small piece of packing tape, folded over to create a double stick piece is an alternative.
