Replaced digitizer on Nextbook NX008HD8G but touch acts in reverse?

left side of the screen detects on the right side and visa versa. Touch up and down is correct. Can I root this to fix the problem? I am pretty sure I installed the correct screen that was from ebay. At least the seller said it was correct.
