My iPod Touch 3rd Generation had gotten washed in the washing machine, and now all of a sudden my wifi on my iPod will not work. Then my volume on my iPod gets louder every time I cut my iPod off. What parts do I need to fix it, or do i just need to buy a new one?

If not corrosion inside could be the culprit. Dismantling will show you the state of the circuits, cleaning with dielectric cleaner and 99% iso alcohol may help.
Once inside you can tell if parts are needed or if it's trashed.
