iPhone 4s intrusions screen repair

Hi , I brought 3 iPhones 4s for cheap they are pretty badly smashed so I need to repair the backs and fronts of them I can easily repair the back it's 4 steps if that but I can't seem to find a instruction manual on how to replace the screen/LCD
