Why cant my iPhone5 find any network after I replaced the battery?

I did all the steps for replacing the battery of my iphone5 correctly. When i powerd it up it couldn'n find any network! I have tried putting it in flight-mode but nothing happens!!

Time and date must be correct.. Connect to wifi and it should set it for you then when time and dates correct put in flight mode for 15 seconds then turn off you should have service
