Something is rolling around inside! what should I do?

My girlfriend recently knocked my MacBook off my desk and something appears to be rolling around inside. Sounds like it is in the area of the cd drive. what should I do?

Get the topcase off to have a look. Instructions here. If you don't feel confident messing with your laptop have a technician to take a look at it. I wouldn't start the machine and even remove the battery.
