No wifi and cellular reception after water damege

Good morning.

My friend droped his phone to the toilet and right away passed it to bowl of rice for 24H.

By his stupidity he decided to power it on and everything seems working great accept the wif and gsm reception.

I think its need wifi and gsm ic replacment but how can i be sure that this is really the problem?!

Ohh i forgot..

The phone past corrosion cleaning after thos 24H.

And if there is a short circuit,what electrical tools should i use?

What do u meen by iam done the damage by using rice?!

Rice is great moisture obsurving meterial...

You need a motherboard repair specialist to look at it
