Help. why is my Ps3 turning it's self off/and no video?

Yester day I was playing on my ps3 then I tried deleting a friend off my ps3 It was taking along time as I was waiting for it it just turned it self off fully not even the red light was on so I started it back up and the red light came on so I pressed the power button again it started put but it didn't give me a picture on my TV it just said there is no video signal. then after about 25sec it turns it self completely back off again. is my Ps3 done for or can it be fixed I have tried taking it apart and cleaning it but this did not work. I have also tried a different HDMI lead but this did not work ever please Help????!!!!!. Thanks

Hi,

- Try to reset video settings. Turn off the console. Press and hold the power button until you hear on beep and then release the button. If this not help you then:

- Try to enter into the Service menu. Press and hold power on button until you hear one beep, then two beeps and then release it. From here try first "Restore Default Settings". If this not help you, try "Restore PS3 System" but you will lose all data.

Nope i can't do any of them my ps3 turns itself off before i can get it too do anything.

I'm sorry to hear this. In this situation you have a HW problem. First try to open and clean your console. Second, try to replace the power supply. Third, change thermal paste.
