Why is there light around the cracks of my phone?

Where the edge of the iPhone meets the actual glass part theres a slither of light straight down. This is because i slightly opened my iphone then I was afraid to break it so i just screwed it back on . I tried to solve the issue but my screw has become morphed and my screwdriver cannot grip it , so its forever closed. How can I fix this

Answer this question I have this problem too

Kate, by lifting it up, you probably broke the seal between the LCD and the frame and you now have some light leaking through that. The only way I know off would be by removing the LCD and cleaning the frame and then reseat the LCD. To remove the screws, you may need to use a screw extractor, or a small rotary tool. also try a small straight screwdriver and file the sides to try to fit your screw.
