How to get the Google Play Store back?

The Play Store icon/app was removed from the menu and apps settings on my cherry mobile amber 4.1 android (Philippines). I would like to ask how to get it back. I tried to check it from the ALL Application and the only option i see there was "disable". Clear Data & Clear Cache is no longer clickable. Hope someone can help me out.
