wifi detecting but not connecting

i have an issue on the wifi connection. it is detecting the router and have relatively good strength, but it does not connect to the router, I've tried connecting it in my other routers (office, home etc) , it just saying on the wifi setting "save, secured", but when i got very very closed to the router, it is connecting, tried opening the phone and check the internal antena, but it is properly connected, i don't know what actions to take,
