Only way to get a motherboard is to buy another note!

go to ebay.com and purchase one there. Ask them to send along the imei sticker too.
Update (05/02/2016)
Go to ebay.com to get a replacement motherboard. Ask them to send along the imei sticker label so when you replace your motherboard, you have that imei no. to stick on the back.
